The following documents are files in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.If you open these files with Adobe's Acrobat Reader software, you can view and print them just as we intended them to look on paper, whatever computer or printer you use.
The Acrobat Reader software is available from Adobe Systems free of charge and may be downloaded from Adobe's web site. For best results with the interactive forms below, it is recommended that you use at least Acrobat Reader 5.1 and Internet Explorer 5.0 for either PC or Macintosh.
The Cover Page forms for Dissertation Grants and Research Grants are now interactive. To use these forms, open the appropriate Cover Page file in Acrobat Reader. You may enter information directly into the form or you may copy and paste from another document using the "hot keys" (Control C and Control V for PC, Apple C and Apple V for Mac). Please be aware that some fields are limited in size, so make sure your entry fits into the space provided. If not, you must edit the text to fit. You cannot resize the text or use another font. Once you have entered all the information, print the form, sign and date at the bottom, and send 2 hard copies with your proposal and other supporting documents. You will not be able to save the information you enter on this form in Acrobat Reader. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
