AERA Institute on Statistical Analysis for Education Policy

The AERA Grants Program offers an annual 3-day training workshop, the AERA Institute on Statistical Analysis for Education Policy. The next training will be held May 18-20, 2010 in Washington, DC. Participation is competitive, with approximately 25 applicants chosen to attend each year. The application deadline for the 2010 Institute was January 6, 2010, and no further applications will be accepted. Information on the 2011 AERA Institute on Statistical Analysis for Education Policy will be available in Summer 2010.

AERA Statistics Institute for Faculty

This new 3-day training workshop, the AERA Statistics Institute for Faculty will instruct university faculty who teach quantitative research methods how to incorporate the analysis of large-scale education data sets into their courses. Participation is competitive, with approximately 25 applicants chosen to attend. The AERA Statistics Institute for Faculty will be held July 22-24, 2010 at Stanford, California. The application deadline was January 20, 2010 and no further applications will be accepted. Information on the 2011 AERA Statistics Institute for Faculty will be available in Summer 2010.
