Impact on U.S. school districts and schools of local, state, and federal funding changes related to structural adjustment from 1982-1992
FINAL REPORT:
This project studies the potential effect of changing revenue sources and changing economic and social conditions of school districts (structural adjustment). This proposal completes and extends the initial project to include school Level CCD data in at least two years 1989/90 and 1991/92. Additionally this proposal involves database development and feasibility of use reporting that will assist NCES in its interests in producing research ready databases and in its annual Federal Title I formula development. Potentially, depending on the outcome of feasability of use reporting on a current formula used to fill in missing F-33 data in CCD non universe years during the 1989/90 to 1993/94 period, a five year CCD fiscal and non fiscal essentially universe collection or panel series would be developed and studied.
