The Consortium of Social Science Associations (COSSA) will host its annual Colloquium on Social and Behavioral Science and Public Policy at the Embassy Row Hotel in Washington, D.C., November 29–30. The COSSA Colloquium features speakers who are policy makers in federal agencies and Congress and social scientists.

Norman Orstein, a resident scholar and political scientist at the American Enterprise Institute, will present the keynote address. COSSA president Ken Prewitt will deliver the presidential address.

Previous colloquia have featured speakers from the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, the National Science Foundation, and the National Research Council. Interested participants should register for the event on the COSSA website.
