June 2022

All 2022 AERA Annual Meeting authors still have the opportunity to display their presentations and papers, respectively, in the AERA Interactive Presentation Gallery and the Online Paper Repository. The deadline for doing so is August 15.

All authors who have not yet published their 2022 presentation in the Gallery will receive another invitation, with instructions, to do so the week of July 4.

AERA anticipates that the Gallery will become open access on August 25 and the Repository on September 15. The Repository will include 2022 papers along with papers from the 2021 meeting.

About the Interactive Presentation Gallery

All authors are encouraged to use the innovative opportunities that come with being part of the AERA Interactive Presentation Gallery. Creating an iPresentation and being part of the Gallery enables authors to offer a web-based product that is a citable and discoverable asset. Authors of papers presented at paper sessions, roundtable sessions, or poster sessions are eligible to create or upload their presentations in the gallery. Authors of commentary papers presented at symposia are also eligible to do so. The Gallery accommodates PowerPoint and other traditional presentation formats. All iPresentations will be assigned a digital object identifier (DOI).

About the Online Paper Repository

Authors are also encouraged to participate in the open access AERA Online Paper Repository. Like the Interactive Presentation Gallery, all papers in the Online Paper Repository will be assigned a DOI. The Repository, a permanent online archive of the full text of annual meeting papers, allows presentations to be shared in a format that reaches a broader audience than those attending sessions. AERA is pleased that this year’s release will have a new design and increased functionality.
