The Call for Submissions for the 2020 AERA Annual Meeting is now available! The submissions portal opens May 10; the deadline for submissions is July 10 at 11:59 P.M. PDT.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The 2020 AERA Annual Meeting will be held Friday, April 17 – Tuesday, April 21 in San Francisco. The theme is “The Power and Possibilities for the Public Good When Researchers and Organizational Stakeholders Collaborate."

The portal must be used for all paper or session submissions for consideration by a division, special interest group, or committee. Please review the Call for Submissions as it contains important information about this year's Annual Meeting theme and submission requirements.

How to Submit:

1. Please review the Call for Submissions (PDF)
2. Log in
3. Click "My AERA" at the top of the page
4. Scroll down to the 2020 Annual Meeting and click "Online program portal"
5. View the submission-related FAQs for troubleshooting assistance
