2022 AERA i-Presentation Gallery

Opportunity for 2022 Annual Meeting Paper Authors to Still Create or Upload Presentations in the AERA i-Presentation Gallery—Deadline: August 15

The 2022 AERA Annual Meeting is over. But the 2022 AERA i-Presentation Gallery is open to all members and attendees for exploration and networking.

We invite you to take advantage of the opportunity to create or upload your 2022 presentation in the AERA i-Presentation Gallery if you have not done so already.

The Gallery becomes an open access product through the AERA website on August 25. You have until August 15 to become a part of the Gallery and make your work accessible to scholars around the world with shared research interests.

No matter what kind of paper you presented at the Meeting (whether at a paper, roundtable, or poster session or in a symposium), we urge you to participate so that it can also be viewed online by the thousands of education researchers who will be visiting the Gallery.

All presentations in the Gallery receive a unique digital object identifier (DOI). And if your paper is among the more than 5,000 papers to appear in the 2022 AERA Online Paper Repository, the presentation and the paper will be linked, giving two unique citations and an easy way for others to communicate and network with you.

Creating an i-Presentation is easy. You can create yours with images, videos, links to external websites, and more. Not only can your presentation be viewed by others without cost from anywhere at any time, but researchers can contact you directly through the Gallery platform and you can chat in writing or schedule a live video conversation.

You can simply upload a PDF of your presentation or use one of the i-Presentation templates for your PowerPoint (or equivalent) slides. You can also record a narration so that viewers of your presentation can benefit from a brief overview in your own words (a valuable option). Check out the 2022 i-Presentation Gallery to see what others have done!

First-listed authors received an invite in early July from presentation-gallery@aera.net to create a presentation using the i-Presentation system or to upload an existing presentation. The first-listed authors will be able to invite other authors to work on the presentation.

In addition to lots of step-by-step guidance, the platform provider aMuze! Interactive Inc. offers online help.

If you are a first author and you did not receive your invite to the Gallery or if you have questions, please email the AERA dedicated email box at presentation-gallery@aera.net.
