The program potentially may interest anyone applying to a doctoral program at the University of Minnesota but particularly to those applying in the behavioral sciences, education, or social sciences and who want to apply their disciplinary knowledge and research skills to problems in education. MITER can fund a qualified student's education for up to five years.
