Information collected from the SIG Officer Form enables the AERA Central Office
to support the operation and and management of your SIG in the coming year.

2012-2013 SIG Annual Report Form (Due June 14, 2013)
This annual report is designed for SIG Chairs to provide information on the 2012-2013 SIG governance year ending at the conclusion of the 2013 Annual Meeting. This form should be filled out by the SIG chair who was in office through the 2013 Annual Meeting or his/her designate.
